Tornen les jornades de portes obertes amb vi i cinema a Can Descregut

El celler serà una de les seus del Most Festival 2015 amb la projecció de la pel·lícula “A la Soruce du vin” i presentarà en oferirà als espectadors el cava 3500, un cava amb 10 anys de criança 


En motiu del Most 2015 (Festival Internacional de cinema del Vi el Cava), el Celler Can Descregut (subseu i col.laborador del festival) organitza els dies 7 i 14 de novembre una jornada de portes obertes amb dues activiats gratuïtes:


1. A les 10.00 h, farem una visita guiada al celler que acabarà amb un tast de tres vins. La durada total serà de unes 2 hores.

2. A les 12.00 h projectarem la pel.lícula A la Source du Vin un documental de 52 minuts de producció francesa dirigit per Philippe Gasnier sobre el viatge i l’aventura fascinants d’uns vinaters que volen conèixer i reivindicar els orígens de la vinicultura a les terres de Georgia, on encara es fan servir tècniques ancestrals de producció de més de 1.000 anys d’antiguitat per fer uns vins sorprenentment moderns.

Del passat al present, de la Vall del Loira a les vinyes georgianes: vinaters d’una banda i de l’altra del continent compartiran coneixements i experiències a la recerca dels origens de la vinya amb un objectiu comú: fer vins harmònics amb la natura.


 Acabada la pel.licula tastarem el cava 3500, un cava de xarel.lo del 2003 amb més de 10 anys de criança. Es tracta d'un vi escumós molt especial, presentat en ampolla format màgnum i que només es ven directament al celler. S'en van fer 100 ampolles. Els espectadors que hagin assistit a la projecció de la pel.licula tindran l'oportunitat de tastar aquest cava en exclusiva maridat per l'ocasió amb formatge Esquirrou gentilesa de la botiga de formatges Xerigots

L'Esquirrou és un formatge semimadurat d’ovella tradicional del País Basc francès i del Bearn, dins la AOP Ossau-Iraty (França). De pasta premsada cuita, l'escorça té un color que pot oscil.lar entre el groc-taronja i el gris-cendra. Té una textura cremosa en boca es dissolt fàcilment donant-nos subtils gustos de fruits secs.

Premiat amb la Medalla d'Or l'any 2013 com a millor formatge francès de pasta premsada d'ovella.


Per participar tant a la visita amb tast com a la projecció del documental o a totes dues activitats cal inscriure’s prèviament enviant un correu a . Cal indicar en el missatge el nombre de persones, el dia que vindran, i a quines activitats s'inscriuen, la 1ª, la 2ª o les dues.
