The complexity of long ageing

This cava, made from xarel.lo  and chardonnay, is the exceptional result of more than 50 months of ageing and is the perfect accompaniment for the finest of gastronomic experiences.

GRAPE VARIETIES

60% Xarel.lo, 40% Chardonnay

 

WINE MAKING

The base wine is made from homegrown grapes before bottling and ageing in the cellar for 50 months. No sugars are added.

 

 

TASTING NOTES

Amber yellow in colour, with a persistent stream of fine bubbles. In the nose one appreciates the aging from its notes of dry fruit, toast and mature fruit.

In the mouth, initially surprisingly fruity, a creamy texture thanks to its long ageing, balanced acidity, with a final dry fresh finish.

This cava has been awarded  in the annual contest "Effervescents du Monde", international competition in which participating sparkling worldwide.
