Pinot Noir. Vines located at 700 m above the sea level



Harvesting process is carried out by hand to avoid premature oxidation before pressing.

Base wine produced from our own vineyards. In-cave aged minimum of 30 months.




Its colour is elegant with soft salmon pink reflections. Its very thin bubbles form a delicate crown cap on the surface .

Intense notes of fresh and ripe red fruit, almost jam, in the nose. Subtle herbal, floral and fine pastry touches are also noticed in the background.

In the mouth is a Cava with a wide attack, which fills the mouth with elegant fruity sensations well integrated with its gourmand notes of confectionery. Very creamy: it shows very well integrated bubbles and a fresh and dry mid palate. It has an excellent and balanced acidity and a very good lingering finish reminiscent of fresh fruit and flowers.
