White wine Penedès D.O
Mediterranean character, pleasure and freshness define this wine wich is only produced in vintages where the Macabeo offers its full potential.

100% de Macabeu.
To make the wine, a short cold pellicular maceration is carried out. The must is then subject to a static debourage at 13ºC followed by the alcoholic fermentation of 40% of the must in Hungarian oak barrels,, the rest ferments in stainless steel deposits with later work on its lees for 4 months, with regular lees stirring (batonnage).
Yeloww color. At nose aromas of Mediterranean shrubs and aniseed flowers, on a white fruit background (pear and apple). This wine is bulky, warming and unctuous on the palate, with a good acidity bringing freshness and persistence. Ideal with seafood Catalan dishes (stews, baked fish with garlic), creamy cheeses, charcuterie and smoked.
