Ideal with appetizers, salads and light disches, cured meats, fisch and lighters cuts of meat. The perfecte accompaniment to pasta or rice. Serve between 8 and 10 ºC.

Picked by hanf to avoid a premature oxidation. Macerates during 5 hours at a low temperature to extract as many aromas as possible, and the vatting off of the free-run juice. It ferments in stainless steel deposits for 20 days at a constant temperature. Bottled in February.
It surprises for its subtile aromas of strawberry and forest fruits, as well as, nuances of tropical fruit. One on the palate has a sweet and nice atack. It’s structured with a strong acidity at the end leaving a nice balsamic freshness.
