This is a balancing wine. It is only made in specific vintages. Those that have the virtue of providing a grape with sugar and a good level of acidity. It is a unique wine that comes from a very old vineyard with 1 "jornal" (1 third of hectare) planted in the Sant Jaume mountain in Pacs del Penedès.
The label is the reproduction of the artwork "The apprentice of equilibrista", a painting on canvas by the painter Juan Carlos Civit.

NOTA DE CATA
Medium intensity aroma, clean, concentrated and complex. Predominant aromas of ripe fruit, candied, with memories of quince and apricot jam that give way to slight citrus notes, pleasant spicy aromas, toasted and smoked notes.
The palate has an entrance with volume. It is a white wine with a body, unctuous, that surprises with a fantastic acidity. Long and very persistent.
